My sister first showed me this method, and now I do it every time I drink ! It works so good. The kind that we get are in little juice boxes and look/taste alittle like Apple juice. I highly recommend. Also in addition to that, coconut water works too, aside from its disgusting taste. The combination of both is best (for me anyway)

Drank heavily for me, about 8 shots….I woke up this morning still DRUNK! It passed…a bit, then a headache came on and now I’m nauseous….3 hrs “after” I wake up? Really?

It is your first of many hangovers! I remember my first hangover… At first i thought i was sick and then i realized it was because i drank too much. Hope you feel better and YES, water is the key. Hydrate while drinking and after drinking.

Today was my first experience with hangovers, and thankfully it was pretty small. I woke up with a headache, really tired (probably due mostly to staying out late and waking up early), and after just 10 minutes in the car I started feeling extremely nauseous. Also, when I’d woken up and was walking around, I still had some stability problems, but not very bad. I ate some crackers to settle my stomach, went back to bed. I was fine when I woke up again. Gonna drink plenty of water today.

I heard pedialyte works for hangover. How soon should I start drinking it? Before going to sleep (once partying is done) , while still drinking, or the next day?

Fuck… I feel so tired but I can’t sleep. I got this nauseous feeling and I don’t know what to do. I guess I’ll drink alot of water. Maybe some coffee and aspirin. I don’t want to do this again.

At my last overnight stay at a hospital they hooked me up to an IV drip of what looked like yellow Gatorade, and – considering the ingredients – was substantially chemically similar to Gatorade. They had this mix specifically prepared for patients who were drunk and needed surgery, and it was kept separate from the standard saline drip. Let me just say that this was an INSTANT cure to my hangover. I mean a matter of just a minute or two and BOOM, gone. No better cure on earth.

if you get diarrhea, take a Benadryl. it stops it immediately whether hungover or just sick. If you are one of those people that can stay awake on it, like me, it’s great.
