Been drinking this for years! The one I buy is clear and comes in a bottle though, and taste like shit. Best is to have a glass half this and half juice, then a full glass of water before going to bed, then a half glass if you wake up in the night. It doesn’t stop the beer shits though.

My sister first showed me this method, and now I do it every time I drink ! It works so good. The kind that we get are in little juice boxes and look/taste alittle like Apple juice. I highly recommend. Also in addition to that, coconut water works too, aside from its disgusting taste. The combination of both is best (for me anyway)

I heard pedialyte works for hangover. How soon should I start drinking it? Before going to sleep (once partying is done) , while still drinking, or the next day?
